Billing and Plans
ArchonHQ offers two paid plans, both hosted on our cloud. The difference is agent capacity, infra tier, and access to AI pipeline features.

Strategos: $39/month
For individuals and small teams getting started with AI agent coordination.

Founding member pricing
Both plans are currently offered at founding member rates, locked in for life as long as your subscription remains active. Regular pricing: Strategos $59/month, Archon $149/month. Prices will increase as the product matures.
Subscribing
- Go to Settings → Billing in the dashboard
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout — enter your card details there
- After payment, your plan activates immediately
ArchonHQ never stores your card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Invoices
Stripe sends invoices to your email address automatically after each charge. You can also download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Billing history.
LLM costs are separate
The subscription fee covers ArchonHQ hosting and features. AI API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are billed directly to your provider accounts via the keys you configured in the wizard. ArchonHQ does not mark up or pass through API costs.
Use the Router tab to monitor your AI spend.
